CrossFit Stormbreaker provides the following classes: CrossFit – a class that adds Weightlifting to Gymnastics to Cardio to start building a better you that will be able to cope with any activity thrown at them (or will help you get better at your chosen sport). No two days are the same! Strength – getting stronger, using a percentage system that will see you grow in strength across a number of barbell movements. Mobility – regain lost flexibility (sedantry lifestyle, desk work, driving – all take their toll) and strength across a full Range of Movement in this class using mobility training. StrongPeople – think Strongman: Atlas Stones, Logs, Yokes, Farmer Carry’s and much more! Get shown how to lift and move these odd objects safely. Calisthenics – want to know what your body is capable of? This is the class for you! Ringwork, planches, flags – all strange words, but all capable of building incredible strength. Weightlifting – what it says on the tin, have your technique broken down piece by piece and then rebuilt, correctly! Helping you lift better, safer and with better technique enabling those big numbers! We also provide 1-2-1 sessions, nutritional help and advice and run half and full day bootcamps. Memberships are very competitive and provide you access to all the regular classes with no hidden costs. The owners and coaches are well trained and experienced and will keep you safe whilst ensuring you become better than you were yesterday.
